Preheat the oven to 180C and line a 20cm x 20cm pan with parchment paper.
SMASH the Terry’s Milk Chocolate orange and place the segments into a pan. Add the butter and melt it together.
In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract. Add the butter and chocolate.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder and salt.
Add the dry mix to the wet mix and stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 20 minutes. Leave it to cool completely in the pan. Cut the strawberries in half, then put on top.
Prepare the ganache: Place the chocolate chips in a medium bowl and set aside.
Heat the double cream over medium heat until it starts to boil. Pour the cream over the chocolate chips and wait for 2 minutes before whisking constantly until the mixture is smooth.
Pour over the strawberry layer.
Place the brownie in the fridge for an hour. Slice into squares and add some Terry’s segments on the top.
Scoff and enjoy!
